New Life Chiropractic

We help you gain mobility, end your pain, and sustain your healing.

Chiropractic Care with a Difference

It is critically important for a chiropractor to address the root cause of dysfunction/pain; to do less almost inevitably guarantees the return of the pain within days. This could be likened to patching sheetrock in your home repeatedly rather than addressing the crack in the foundation that continues to weaken the structure.

Almost without exception, patients have one or both feet, ankles or knees slightly misaligned, which results in decreased motion on one side, leading to knees or hips wearing unequally over time, progressing to cartilage loss or damage that eventually requires surgical intervention.

Dr. Catlin Osborne, Master-certified Redding Chiropractor

We help you gain mobility, end your pain, and sustain your healing.

Catlin Osborne, D.C. is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, the industry standard within the chiropractic profession and has been serving her patients for 15 years.

She is one of the few Master Certified providers of Active Release Therapy (A.R.T.) in northern California. A.R.T. is a patented soft tissue mobilization technique that treats damaged soft tissues, such as muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia and nerves. The goal of A.R.T. is to restore mobility of the soft tissue, which eliminates pain.

Additionally, she offers the Graston technique; an instrument-assisted soft tissue manual therapy for pain resolution. The therapy is designed to help the practitioner identify areas of restriction and release and remodel scar tissue into healthy, flexible tissue. It restores range of motion and relieves pain.

We help you gain mobility, end your pain, and sustain your healing.

While the modern concept of chiropractic is just over one hundred years old, joint manipulation is one of the oldest forms of proactive and preventative healthcare. In fact, Hippocrates routinely prescribed this therapy for many of his patients. Regardless of history and paradigm shifts, this therapy has remained at the forefront as a highly effective treatment of choice for many.

Dr. Osborne has found that correcting the foundation (feet, ankles, knees and hips) of the body is critical in resolving spinal and upper body biomechanical dysfunction and pain. As a result, she is able to achieve significantly better outcomes for a variety of patient complaints.

For those familiar with specific chiropractic techniques, what this means is that we utilize treatment protocols that include Graston Technique, Activator Method, Nimmo Compression, Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), Trigger Point Therapy, and deep tissue massage techniques, just to name a few.
